3.1 Our Approach

Because supplements are consumable products with health and safety considerations, our return policy is designed to balance customer satisfaction with hygiene, safety, and regulatory requirements.

3.2 What Can Be Returned

Unopened, unused products in original sealed packaging returnable within 14 days of delivery. 

Defective, damaged, or incorrectly shipped products: refunded or replaced regardless of opened status

Products with quality issues: contact us with details and photographs

3.3 What Cannot Be Returned

Opened supplements: once the seal is broken, products cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons.

Products damaged through misuse or improper storage.

Products beyond the 30-day return window.

Final-sale or clearance items (where marked)

3.4 The 30-Day "Feel the Difference" Guarantee

If you have used the product as directed and feel it has not worked for you, contact us within 14 days of delivery. We may, at our discretion, offer a partial refund, store credit, or product exchange. This guarantee is a goodwill commitment, not a statutory right, and is granted on a case-by-case basis. Abuse or repeated use of this guarantee may result in refusal of future orders.

3.5 EU and UK Customers: Right of Withdrawal

If you are resident in the EU or UK, you have a statutory right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of delivery, without giving a reason.

Important exception: Sealed health and hygiene products that have been opened or had their seal broken after delivery are excluded from this right under applicable consumer law. This means:

  • Unopened products: full refund within 14 days
  • Opened products: not eligible for withdrawal under the sealed-goods exception

To exercise the right of withdrawal, email info@lifexp-japan.com within 14 days of delivery.

3.6 How to Return

  1. Email info@lifexp-japan.com with your order number and reason
  2. Wait for return authorization and instructions
  3. Ship the product back at your own cost (unless the product was defective or incorrectly shipped, in which case we cover return shipping)
  4. Refund is processed within 14 days of receiving and inspecting the returned item, to the original payment method

3.7 Refund Timing

Refunds typically appear in your account within 5–10 business days after we issue them, depending on your bank or card provider.
