4. SHIPPING POLICY

4.1 Where We Ship
We ship to the following regions: worldwide, except Russia, Crimea, Ukraine, Turkey, Israel, Yemen, Sudan, Spain.
We do not currently ship to: Japan (served by our Japanese site).
Due to logistical issues, services like FedEx and Japan Post may suspend all shipments to certain regions temporarily.
4.2 Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1–5 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed the next business day.

4.4 Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination and order weight. Free shipping thresholds, if any, are displayed at checkout.
4.5 Customs, Duties, and Taxes
You are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees imposed by your country. These are not included in our prices or shipping fees and are charged by your local customs authority. We cannot predict or refund these charges. If a package is refused at customs or returned to us, shipping costs and any return fees will be deducted from any refund issued.
4.6 Restricted Products by Country
Some of our products may be restricted or prohibited in certain countries. It is your responsibility to verify whether the product is legal to import into your country before ordering. We are not responsible for products seized or destroyed by customs.
4.7 Lost or Damaged Shipments
- Damaged in transit: photograph the damaged package and contents, then email info@lifexp-japan.com within 7 days of delivery
- Lost in transit: if your tracking shows no movement for 14+ days beyond expected delivery, contact us and we will investigate with the carrier
4.8 Incorrect Address
If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, reshipment costs are at the customer's expense.
